Developing Standard user training program for new installation and user operation guide for application training.

Train customers on Equipment’s and protocols.

Initiate and update Product knowledge.

Need to conduct Demo and to perform Instrument & Reagent evaluation.

Providing Technical backup, instrumental & experimental setup for running a workshop.
