Developed detailed project plans outlining the timeline and deliverable expectations, as working on the GST project requires deep analysis and understanding, navigating through challenges due to the very strict timeline deliveries.
Designed and implemented changes for the new forms DRC-01B and DRC-01C, collaborated with team members from different modules, coordinated with the testing team to deliver the change under a stringent deadline, and received appreciation from the client and the project head.
Delivered new changes for sharing taxpayers' details with the CBDT. Created a new API, new SQL tables, and new paths in storage units and Linux servers for the CBDT officers to consume the required data, and provided a detailed presentation explaining the entire process to the CBDT and GSTN. I received appreciation from the client and the project head for the same, along with the Employee of the Month award.
Managed the deployment of new applications and systems, overseeing the entire lifecycle from development to implementation. Provided technical guidance during product launches, ensuring successful outcomes. Developed and implemented applications for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Worked on IMS implementation for ICEGATE functionality and developed new API's for extraction of data for specific actions. Implemented new columns as editable fields which will capture user input values.
Being a team player, always looked after the team for any support, and once the task at hand was completed, assisted other team members in completing the assigned tasks without errors. Also assisted the testing team to complete the testing in time by helping with the proper test cases execution following the SDLC process.
I have always followed the Agile model workflow, discussing issues, plans, and suggestions openly with managers, clients, and various module owners. Won multiple awards for many certificate completions, and received multiple appreciations for always being active in any situation, handling all the responsibilities assigned for change delivery to production, and being able to take full responsibility for the failure of the team.
