Team: Custody Reporting(North America Team)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collection of Financial and Investor statements from clients and booking trades or redeeming as per Trade Tickets and contract notes in BNYM systems.
• Reconciling the trades, Verifying it and inputting ending or closing balance as per the monthly statements and preparing a Holding report for 57 funds on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per client requirements.
• Supported efficiency and data integrity by monitoring control documentation of reporting procedures.
• Researched accounts to reconcile inaccuracies and correct business processes and Connecting and Reporting it to onshore team.
• It is a critical process hence goes forward with 6 eye checks.
• Calculating NAV on share basis and reconing it with trades report and Clients accounting statement.
• Setting up funds in application with necessary back ups provided by clients.
• Training new joiners until they are live in process and take their assessments.
• Worked for ML tool Automation process in every 6 months with robotics team for process advancement.
• Preparing Fx rate file for the whole North America processes.
• Calculating of Custody Fees.
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly Reporting plan with onshore and doing allocation to the team.

Process: Working Capital and Capital Budgeting Department:

• Studied on Aircraft financing and working capital loans under capital budgeting and property control.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Studying about the expenses in Aircraft Financing.
• Controlling expenses/charges on Aircraft Financing.
• Evaluated finances to assess budget and controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Consulted with managers and chief executive to understand financial situation.
• Evaluated internal team processes and recommend improvements .
• Comparing Financial Reports of every 6 months and preparing data.
• Assisted with preparation of month-end close, journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Tracked business revenue and expenditures and reconciled accounts to maintain high accuracy.
