Project Overview:
XRM-Video is an internal platform responsible for managing video services and device experiences, ensuring seamless delivery of video content and functionality across multiple devices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzed business and system requirements by reviewing HLDs, LLDs, and functional specifications available in Jira and Confluence.
• Performed end-to-end testing of microservices-based applications, including database validation and backend data verification.
• Contributed to API automation framework enhancements by developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java, Spring Boot, and TestNG.
• Executed functional, integration, regression, and API testing to ensure application quality and stability across releases.
• Utilized Bruno for API testing and validation of REST services.
• Validated application health, monitored deployments, and managed environment configurations in Cloud Foundry.

Project Overview:
Supervisor Enablement (STRAND) is a data-driven backend application responsible for processing and validating data received from multiple user interfaces and downstream systems, while supporting critical business workflows through robust data integration and application validation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designed, developed, and maintained automated test frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Page Object Model (POM) design patterns.
• Created and executed automated and manual test cases covering functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
• Performed UI and API testing to validate business workflows and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Developed and executed API test scenarios using Postman to verify request/response validations, business logic, and data integrity.
• Implemented Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) automation using Cucumber and Gherkin, enabling collaboration between technical and business stakeholders through readable test scenarios.
• Integrated Cucumber with Selenium and TestNG to build scalable and maintainable automation frameworks, improving regression testing efficiency and test coverage.

The platform supports Relationship Care and Save-A-Customer (SAC) initiatives by ensuring accurate offer eligibility, campaign execution, and customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzed business requirements and functional specifications to design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Conducted UI testing to verify application functionality, usability, and compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborated with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Identified, documented, tracked, and retested defects using defect management processes, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
• Created and maintained test cases, test data, and test execution reports using ALM.
• Participated in requirement review meetings, test planning sessions, and defect triage discussions.
