VMware

Worked with VMWare client for around 2.7 years, where we designed, developed, and implemented the integration solutions, focusing on integrating product data from various source systems such as EBS, SFDC, to various target systems such as Oracle, MongoDB, HANA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the client requirement, gathering the BRDs.
• Converting the existing PL/SQL code to Data Mappings.
• Designing, Developing, and Implementing the Integration solutions.
• Perform unit testing for the developed integration solutions.
• Providing QA Support throughout the quality assurance and UAT phase.

Performance & Achievements:

• Developed 3 Modules and delivered 9+ releases (20 user stories) to PROD with 0 bugs.
• Contributed to constructing a unified pricing platform for VMware by integrating vast data from the CRM App to formulate pricing rules and supported VMware in having one centralized system.
• Enhanced automation process in closing Open Opportunities in Clients' CRM App by understanding complex business rules and coordinating with clients' shared services team, improving automation efficiency from 20% to 40%, providing closure to 20k opportunities per quarter.
• Contributed to ad-hoc requests, facilitating ingestion of legal data to clients' Proofpoint app, helped resume automation process, which was paused for a year due to a data issue.

AMIG (American Insurance Group)

Currently working for AMIG client for the past 6 months. Worked on analyzing the client requirement, gathering the business requirements. Converting the PL/SQL to the DTMs, which would further help during the development phase.

Developed codes from scratch to provide data in 3NF form to the business since this project is completely new and is being developed from scratch.

• Successfully engaged in reverse engineering and analysis of client reports to generate STTMs that shaped and optimized implementation strategy.
• Drove successful end-to-end implementation of 4+ standard layer integrations that made it to production seamlessly, ensuring zero defects. (Received appreciation for the same).
• Pioneering the development and thorough unit testing of 8+ 3NF integrations, thus achieving significant enhancement in performance and data integrity, reducing data duplicacy, all while adhering to stringent timelines.
• Accomplished redesigning and development of over 8 Dimensional Integrations, which requires implementation of complex business rules.
• Presented and implemented the solution to handle an existing production bug for policy_policy, which represents a valid record in production.
• Worked closely with the QA team to ensure seamless quality assurance and overall product reliability.
