Associate: (2020-2021)

• Equipped myself to learn all the basic audit concepts acquainted here to my weekly projects.
• Ensured to complete EY Badge learning to advance my knowledge in my area of Interest such as: Well Being, Curiosity, Supply Chain and Finance
• Maintained a Clear communication with my Seniors and Managers.

Advanced Associate: (2021-2022)

• With One year of Experience and basic accounting knowledge, I was able to involve myself better in understanding the nature of clients and accounting concepts to be applied.
• Conducted Internal trainings for the freshers and was appointed as the POC to answer their queries.
• During the Year End Performance review, I acquired the rating 5 which is deemed to be highest.

Lead Associate and Senior: (2022-Current)

• Made sure to provide quality audit in terms of completion of workbooks on time and Status update on each tasks allocated.
• Got Many Laurels and Awards from the Onshore and from GDS Seniors for my well known performance and splendid team management. Individual Recognition (SPOT), Highest Team performance, User Recognition ( Awarded by the Onshore) to name a few.
• Extended the Scope of GDS in terms of our involvement in signing off the Audit.
• Being the Data Automation SPOC, I made sure to use all the regional level Automation tools in my respective clients. Also made the onshore aware of such tools and the savings that can be brought into the business.
• So far recorded 150 hours of Automation savings by using tools such as Data Snipper, EY Smart Sampling, Data Capture tool, RDT.
• During the Year End Performance review of Lead Associate, I acquired the rating 5 which is deemed to be highest.
