I'm currently part of a startup focused on wastewater treatment, specifically utilizing a high-pulse ozone generator. Recently, I attended an entrepreneurship boot camp to enhance my skills in building and managing ventures. Over the next six months, I'll be heavily involved in the team, working towards creating a prototype for our wastewater treatment solution. Our ultimate goal is to establish this venture as an eco-friendly startup dedicated to addressing environmental challenges.
As a member of the IIT Madras team, I was involved in assessing and conducting surveys in the Ennore area affected by the oil spill during the 2023 floods. Additionally, I contributed to the characterization of analyzed samples to better understand the properties and composition of the spilled oil and its impact on the water and surrounding environment.
Participated in a hands-on workshop organized by IIT Madras, in collaboration with SRM University and Goethe University, focusing on ecotoxicology and its relevance to contemporary water regulations. We explored practical applications and discussed strategies for integrating ecotoxicological insights into new regulatory frameworks for water management.
