• Liaise with business units and stakeholders to elicit, analyzed, document and manage requests for new or improved system functionality

o Application Support

· Expert in handling user’s request and application support.

· Experienced in preparing functional specifications on business requirements.

· Having experience in production support cycle for issues resolution, analyzing the customer’s business requirement, preparing FSD for development and modification of reports.

· Having good experience of JD Edwards Distribution modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement Management and Sales Order Management, Advance pricing & integrity resolution.

· End user training for CRP and ICRP activities.

· Drafting of detail implementation plan.

· Designing & conducting presentations to convey project progress and upcoming activities to management.

· Setting up the process flow as per business requirement.

· Evaluate risks involved in implementing requirement related to its impact & dependency.

· Preparing SOP's, data flowcharts for smooth functioning of system.
