Job Responsibility:
• Responsible for the service, spares, and consumables sales of INR 10.85 Crore, handling 385 customers and 618 active printers.
• Handling a team of 8 associates in which 5 associates are Area Service Manager and 3 are Sr. Service Engineers.
• Making a plan for achieving KPI monthly target and follow up with customer class wise XL,L,M& S and IB Business monitoring through daily management, IB tracking sheet and customer`s historical trend.
• Conduct DM VM & weekly cadence and monthly meetings on regular basis.
• Proactively follow up for making supplies Annual Rate Contract (ARC) and renewals with price increase.
• Monitor service excellence parameters on daily basis (GWE, FTFR, ART, PM and 2 calls per day)
• Follow up with team for NPS survey result and accordingly guide to team.
• Revenue generation through the AMC sales and recommended critical spares.
• Drive service lead generation through engineers.
• Submitting Bundle offer for retaining high risk customer to retention.
• Monthly visit plan for Regain/Retain/prices negotiation for customer`s class wise i.e XL, L, M and S class customer.
• Planning of associates competency improvement and nominates for required skill training.
• Monthly discussion with all team members of their development and performance plan.
• Recommend technical training to technical team for conduct training of XL and L category customers.
• Targeting for upgrade service contract from supportive to comprehensive.
• Motivate and engage team for monthly discussion on one topic for prepare best practice for present in quarterly zone meeting.
Responsibility:
• Responsible for the Service for All India customer support, spares, and consumables sales of INR 20 Lac, handling 85 customers and 150 active printers of Markem.
• Handling a team of 12 associates in which 2 Asst. Manager and 10 are Service engineers.
• Forecast and achieve revenue of consumables sales and services.
• Monitor service excellence parameters on weekly basis.
• Follow up with team for customer survey result and accordingly guide to team.
• Giving quotation, negotiation, and order finalization on daily basis.
• Responsible for timely conclude the Demo, installation, and customer`s training.
• Follow up for service contract Start up at the time of installation of printers.
• Monthly visit plan for regain/Retain/prices negotiation for customer`s class wise i.e XL, L class customer.
□ Maintain accessories to track all programming records & SDR files.
□ Responsible to maintain all range of products.
□ Carry out proper fault diagnosis to improve the quality of repairs and reduce break down time.
□ Technical support the customer on requirements and educate them on products up to the customer satisfaction.
□ Provide timely feedbacks to superiors on any failure issues.
□ Making quotations and doing quotation follow-up.
□ Sales/service analysis and corrective actions to meet sales/service goals.
□ Responsible for component level repairing as per possible.
