Full Vehicle simulation process improvement. 

  • Worked on the efficiency improvement in the validation of 1D vehicle models and saved around 20 hours of project time.
  • Achieved Complete automation in Vehicle level simulation and post-processing.

Steering model development for driving simulator

  • Collaborated with Nissan Japan to create a comprehensive 1D Steering model to implement and test in a Virtual driving simulator environment

Modeling and analysis of a h-arm suspension template for an ATV in ADAMS Car template builder. 

  • Successfully constructed a template for H-arm suspension for an ATV and performed necessary simulations to check its performance and feasibility, using ADAMS Postprocessor.

Flex body suspension Analysis on a Suspension system, 

  • Performed a compliance analysis on a flexible body suspension system using automesh to mesh the components and studied the suspension behavior. Behavioral study of a full vehicle simulation,
  • Setup a full vehicle assembly in Motionview and studied the bump oscillation characteristics over a road profile using Hyperview and Hypergraph.

Object tracking implementation in an Autonomous Vehicle, 

  • Implementing Mask RCNN and YOLO architecture to perform Instance segmentation to track the various objects using the camera feed of an Autonomous vehicle and labelling them appropriately.
  • Consistent with the Indian traffic, which has high unpredictability and randomness.

  • ADM701 - Complete Multibody Dynamics Analysis using ADAMS, Model and debug ADAMS models, by employing the crawl walk run approach. Both rigid and flex body simulations
  • ADM704A - Advanced Parametrics, Design Sensitivity and Optimization using Adams/View, Model parametrisation using Design Studies, Design of Experiments (DOE) and Optimization capabilities in Adams/View
  • ADM711 - Control System Integration with Adams using MATLAB or Easy5, Adams/Controls terminology. Interface elements provided by Adams/Controls for MATLAB evaluation and cosimulation mode
