  • Academic project, network pharmacology, and molecular modeling of Verbascoside; exploring the molecular basis in neuroinflammation(2025), conducted an in-depth research project investigating the molecular mechanisms of neuroinflammation and evaluating Verbascoside as a potential neuroprotective compound. The study integrated network pharmacology, target prediction, gene ontology, pathway analysis, and molecular docking to identify key neuroinflammatory targets such as TNF-α, APP, and PARP1, data extraction from public chemical and gene databases (IMPPAT, PubChem, GeneCards), constructed protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks using STRING, and carried out enrichment analysis through DAVID and ShinyGO Docking simulations were executed using Autodock Vina to assess target binding strength and therapeutic relevance.
