• Security:
• Responsible for emergency, planning, development, operation, administration, police verification, security briefing, crisis management, vehicle management, late night drop Report, lost prevention, frisking, physical security, investigation, training measures for the security personnel.
• Patrol facility to detect any suspicious activity and keep an eye on sensitive and corruption-prone spots.
• Ensure material in and out movements, material management, lost & found, key management, parking management, handling of guards, discipline, establish, security complains, maintain high security, strong customer service, theft investigation report.

• Ensure Labor movement, fit-out office material, Retail Material, Food Court etc.

• Creation of any emergency response QRT & FRT ready for any task.

• Knowledge of all fire system including FHC, FHB, Fire Panel, Fire Pump, Fire Extinguisher, Hydrant system, Smoke detector, Heat detector, Sprinkler, RI, MCP, PA System, Fire Alarm, Fire Blanket, Fireman Suit, Mega Phone, Emergency Breathing kit, Work permit etc.
• Handling all fit-out labour and PPE Safety for them.
• Record all incidents in the appropriate format.
