• Interior Fit-Outs for Apple ODC: Handled the interior fit-outs for Apple ODC. Successfully completed and handed over 250,000 square feet of interior fit-outs with MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for Apple's Offshore Development Centre.
• Software Development Block and Multi Level Car Parking: Managed a significant precast project for a Software Development Block and Multi level Car Parking area. The project encompassed 1,000,000 square feet of precast construction, which included the base building and interior fit-outs. Additionally, I was responsible for coordinating the MEP services and overseeing the planning, scheduling, design, and drawing aspects.
• CISF Command centre: Completed 10,000 square feet of command centre including interiors and MEP.
• Security Command centre: Completed 20,000 square feet of command centre including interiors and MEP.
• Barracks and Food court: Completed 130,000 square feet of CISF barracks with Base building, interior fit outs and MEP. Constructed volleyball and badminton play courts.
• Software Development Block with 3 Basements and G+9: Successfully accomplished a precast project covering an area of 1,500,000 square feet from Concept to Completion.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of specialized rooms such as HUB rooms, DATA centres, SERVER rooms, NOC (Network Operations Centre), and SOC (Security Operations Centre).
• Security block and Entry and exit plaza: Execution of Security block and entry exit plaza spanning an area of 20,000 square feet.
• Electronic City Metro station: Successfully overseeing the construction of the prestigious Metro Station which spanned an impressive 250,000 square feet. Additionally, played a key role in the development of walkways and entry and exit plazas to enhance accessibility and convenience for commuters.
• Taking charge of external development works, such as pathways, compound walls, drains, and culverts, which formed an integral part of the Metro Walkway project. These infrastructural elements were vital in creating a seamless and efficient transportation network.
• Redevelopment of existing buildings: Undertaking the redevelopment of existing buildings to accommodate future extensions of floors above. This forward-looking approach aimed to maximize the building's potential and provide additional space for various purposes.
• Coordinating for pre and post Statutory Approvals from local bodies like BESCOM, CEIG, BBMP, BWSSB and KSPCB.
• Coordinating for IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certifications for the projects.
• Completed 20,000 square feet of Security Command centre, including interiors and MEP.
• Science Foundation Building: successfully completed the prestigious Infosys Science Foundation Building, which covered an area of 50,000 square feet. My involvement in the project spanned from its inception to the final handover of the completed building. Throughout the entire process, I diligently coordinated all the necessary statutory approvals and assumed full responsibility for construction of the building. The project encompassed the inclusion of MEP services and comprehensive interior fit-outs. Notably, the building featured an auditorium and a boardroom, adding to its significance and functionality. The successful completion of this remarkable project was a testament to my dedication and expertise in the field During the period of 2020-2021. Received Commendation from Mr. Narayana Murty for Showcasing excellent project Management Skills for timely handover of the building with Best Quality Standards.

• Successfully completed the LULU Cyber TOWER 2, a commercial building spanning an impressive 10 lakh square feet, which included meticulous finishes for the common areas. This project showcased our commitment to delivering high-quality and functional commercial spaces.
• During my tenure at Sobha Ltd, I served as a Planning Engineer responsible for:
• Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project Schedules using MSP Software.
• Quality Management: Reviewing of Method statement, Quality Plan, ITP’s and Checklist.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential Risks to the project schedule and develop mitigation Strategies to minimize delays.
