1.Business Development
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by onboarding OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, and dealers in designated regions such as Karnataka, Kerala, and Hosur.
2. Expand market presence by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, sub-dealers, and consultants.
3. Handling Direct major Co-operative customers and Oem like ABB,Yaskawa,Ultratech cement ,jsw,Jindal,TATA ripple tea,BHEL,Rail wheel factory,Werner finley,Prestige group,ISRO,yokogawa,Bosch, etc for presentation ,order acheivement and seminar.
4. Handling existing dealers,subdealer ,consultant entire karnataka and kerala &Hosur for monthly order evaluation ,order entering,market price discussion and order execution.
2.Sales Strategy and Execution:
1. Implement and drive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Coordinate with the internal sales team to introduce new products, conduct demonstrations, and provide training to channel partners.
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
4. Handling 3 engineers in karnataka for regular achievement of order ,working follow up.
3.Technical Support and Solutions:
1. Provide technical assistance and product recommendations to customers, ensuring the selection of appropriate solutions based on specific requirements.
2. Resolve technical issues and deliver after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Collaborate with the R&D department to contribute insights for new product development and improvements based on market needs.
4. Aligning junior technical engineer for site support in entire Karnataka.
4.Relationship Management:
1. Foster and manage long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring continuous engagement and collaboration.
2. Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with channel partners to secure profitable deals.
5.Reporting and Analysis:
1. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
2. Use data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
6.Market Research and Product Development:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential areas for product innovation and expansion.
2. Work closely with the product development team to create and launch new products that meet market demands.
