• Led the CSR department, ensuring effective implementation of social investment projects, strategic stakeholder engagement, and adherence to statutory compliance, while aligning initiatives with the ESG framework.
• Developed CSR policy and SOPs in line with Vedanta's CSR policy, conceptualized, and executed projects spanning socio-economic domains.
• Managed CSR budgeting, financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and external grievance tracking.
• Fostered collaboration with NGOs, community organizations, government, and non-government agencies for CSR initiatives and partnerships.
• Monitored, evaluated, and reported day-to-day community development activities; maintained data for compliance and sustainability reports.
• Coordinated diverse initiatives, the implementation and evaluation of the Swasthya Gaon health project, the effective execution of the Women Entrepreneurship Development Program in partnership with local bodies and NABARD, collaboration with local government for the Open Defecation Free initiative under Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), and the management of Skill Centers and Computer Literacy Centers establishment in partnership with the Vedanta Foundation.

PROJECTS:

Project Gram-Nirman : Led the impactful Project Gram-Nirman for sustainable livelihood, women's empowerment, and sanitation. Benefited over 250 farmers, initiated 11 women’s business groups, and reclaimed 60 acres of uncultivated agricultural land.

To create a roadmap for the model village Taranagar and to provide a marketing plan for the Sakhi project.

• Gathered information from various government organizations to create a basic village profile.
• Conducted a comprehensive survey and engaged people through three focus groups to provide a foundation for various intervention areas where they can assist the village in becoming a model village.
• Gram Panchayat was given revenue-generating ideas such as coco-peat and rope manufacturing, tiles, and readymade wall manufacturing using fly ash, and so on.
