Project: ANZ – COBRA (Centralised On-Boarding & Registration Application) & Delegated Administrator (DA)

• Building a deep understanding of COBRA and Delegated Administrator (DA) applications through knowledge-transfer sessions, documentation, and extensive UI exploration/manual flow testing.
• Performed end-to-end manual validations of onboarding and user-entitlement flows, mapping UI actions to underlying APIs and database changes.
• Used Postman to hit API endpoints and validate responses, ensuring consistency with business requirements.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborating with product owners to clarify requirements for upcoming automation tasks.
• Preparing to implement backend automation using Groovy, Cucumber (BDD), Gradle/Maven, with pgAdmin 4 for database verification and Kafka Event Mesh for messaging checks.

Project: Autodesk Customer Portal (web-based internal platform)

- Developed an end-to-end automation framework using Cypress and TypeScript, following the Page Object Model.
- Created reusable helper functions and modular components to handle user roles and account validations.
- Integrated automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
