• Developed a strong understanding of COBRA and Delegated Administrator (DA) applications through knowledge-transfer sessions, project documentation, and extensive UI exploration and manual workflow validation.
• Performed end-to-end Functional Testing of customer onboarding and user entitlement workflows by validating UI behavior and correlating it with REST APIs and PostgreSQL database updates.
