Recruitment & training of Admin Staff:

 Job requisition to HR for the required posts on time to time basis.

 Preparing Interview Schedules for the shortlisted candidates and facilitating them to Admin depart.

 Recruitment of right candidate for the right post in Admin Profile.

 Assisting Induction of new Security & Admin Staff to HR

 Welcoming new employees. Documentation (Submission of PF Declaration form, online submission of E.S.I.

declaration form, Gratuity Nomination form, etc.)

 Identify Training need analysis for each Admin Staff

 Providing training related to personal grooming, security & safety procedures, transport maintenance, housekeeping, Cafeteria Management & other related areas as required.

 Mock drill conducted every 6 months.

 Maintain the CCTV, Amerax Fire Safety System, FM 200, WLD system, and Rodent system monitoring closely.

 Looking after VVIP Guest arrivals

 Maintaining General discipline in an organization

Transportation:

 Ensuring roaster of Transport Staff

 Mapping & Route Planning & issue of Vehicles to different departments & Staff as required.

 Service & General Maintenance of Company Vehicles

 Budgeting & Forecasting for company vehicles

 Maintaining proper documents of Transport Department

 Maintenance and Safety Security of Helipad and coordination with Aviation team & local Administration to land & fly  the Helicopter.

Housekeeping Management:

 Allocation, deputation, and grooming check of HK & security guards as per requirements.

 Quarterly once training arrangement and query resolution with Supervisor.

 Ensure the Compliance documents & Police verification of all facility staff.

Safety & Security:

 Deployment & Roaster plan of Security Team

 Effective supervision in Briefing, Deployment & Grooming of Security Team.

 Patrolling & Safety checks of organization time to time by foot & Mobile transport

 Looking after Traffic Management & Vehicle parking of company.

 Looking after all security equipment like HHMD, DFMD, Baggage Scanner, CCTV Camera, Bollards, Breath

Analyzer and other security equipment ensuring AMC & repair & maintenance in timely manner.

 Managing all the security & Safety documents like attendance, Patrolling, Key in out, Inward & Outward

Premises & Landlord:

 For timely office agreement executions, renewals, Terminations, and Full and Final settlements of all lease agreements. Such as Lift Renewal, rent Agreement, shop & establishment factory license, Fire NOC, etc.

 Arrangements of Board Meetings and Conferences at the Hotel/Guest House. Food & Snacks arrangements.

 Arrangements for client sightseeing during weekends.

Pantry Management:

 Administration of pantry operations, including overseeing stock, maintaining hygiene, managing services, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, and reporting on pantry activities in office.

Audits & Inspection
