Identify Training need analysis for each Admin Staff
Providing training related to personal grooming, security & safety procedures, transport maintenance, housekeeping, Cafeteria Management & other related areas as required.
General Administration:
Preprinting management, V-card, general stationery approval, purchase & distribution to department-wise.
Procurement management for all the departments.
Hotels stay management / Employee’s business visit and event purpose etc.
Security, Housekeeping, Indoor plants,Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, Outdoor plants Pantry Management, etc.
Handling Petty Cash.
Maintain Health & Safety compliance such as Water/ DG testing /swab testing reports.
Ensure all Facility checklists & Files record maintain properly.
Mock drill conducted every 6 months.
Maintain the CCTV, Amerax Fire Safety System, FM 200, WLD system, and Rodent system monitoring closely.
Looking after VVIP Guest arrivals

Transportation:
Ensuring roaster of Transport Staff
Mapping & Route Planning & issue of Vehicles to different departments & Staff as required.
Service & General Maintenance of Company Vehicles

Maintenance and Safety Security of Helipad and coordination with Aviation team & local Administration to land & fly the Helicopter.
Housekeeping Management:

Safety & Security:
Deployment & Roaster plan of Security Team
Effective supervision in Briefing, Deployment & Grooming of Security Team.
Patrolling & Safety checks of organization time to time by foot & Mobile transport
Looking after Traffic Management & Vehicle parking of company.
Looking after all security equipment like HHMD, DFMD, Baggage Scanner, CCTV Camera, Bollards, Breath
Analyzer and other security equipment ensuring AMC & repair & maintenance in timely manner.

Arrangements for client sightseeing during weekends.
Pantry Management:
