Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:Manage stock through receiving, storing, and shipping processes, ensuring adherence to FIFO/FEFO (First-In, First-Out/First-Expired, First-Out) principles to prevent spoilage.
• Warehouse Operations:Oversee daily operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Team Management:Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and motivating them to achieve high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
• Process Optimization:Implement and improve operational processes, leveraging Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Safety & Compliance:Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a secure and compliant working environment.
• Logistics Coordination:Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery to customers.
• Cost Control:Identify opportunities to reduce waste, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.

• I am handling & looking inbound (Grn, purchase return QC,putaway, barcoding,Rto,rvp), inventory (cycling audit, fifo, putaway daily audit, location managing), outbound (picking, quality check, packer's, dispatch logistics) and Hole entire operation problem solving in warehouse.

• Responsible for managing teams of pickers, QC pharmacists/ Billing executives, packing and sales returns (KIO and RVP orders).
• Experience of handling teams of blue collar employees.
• Responsible for processing orders within the acceptable TAT levels.
• Meeting the required deadlines and targets for the B2C processing Preparing daily performance and order fulfillment records
• Keeping in check the efficiencies of the workforce to provide a better throughput
• Generating goods receipt note (GRN) through Odin (Img Console).
• Receiving stock from Vendors.
• Checking and validating the quality of the received Sku and ensuring the physical condition is acceptable or not.
