- Coordinate & Manage all third-party vendors, Business correspondents & CM agencies for resolution of audit queries of all 5 products (Commodity Finance, Tractor, KCC, Microfinance, Microenterprise finance) related to operational & process lapses issues and provide training to educate their staff about the bank's process
- End to End Monitoring & Management of commodity portfolio/stock of more than 400 Cr financed by the bank in more than 300 warehouses in the entire Rajasthan
- Strive to have excellent market intelligence about client feedback, warehouses, Commodity Insights like price trends, Microfinance, other agriculture business solutions, etc
- Keep eagle eyes on fraudulent activities reported in the market, i.e With peer banks, financial institutions, CM agencies, etc.
- Control fraud by identifying people & process lapses, and providing early warning signals to stakeholders.
- Implement any new Rules and regulations imposed by the government, Any New practices/processes adopted by peer banks/collateral management and warehousing agencies, Microfinance institutions, etc
- Maintain clean commodity portfolio in entire Rajasthan, by follow-up with clients for collection of Margin and Overdue amount
- Handling the process of stock liquidation and collecting bids for liquidating commodities
