- Planning, scheduling and Execution of project activities for plant upgradation from 1.8MT to 2.4MT iron ore pellet plant
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that everyone is on the track with the project requirements, deadlines and schedules
- Conducting project kickoff meeting with team & understanding plant requirements as per GA layout, technical annexure
- Weekly project review meeting with project team members & every department HOD to identify and resolve issues
- Prepare weekly timesheets and project reports
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Prepare project schedule, monitor, and control the same for timely completion of the below projects: Installation of New Thickener Filter press Cyclone &Pumps to the system, increasing slurry handling capacity

- Successfully managed the completion of a natural gas pipeline project, enabling the supply of natural gas for burner applications
