- Maintenance and Calibration of field Instrument like Digital temperature indicator (DTI), Control valve, Gauge, Temperature transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Vacuum transmitter, Controller etc
- Having knowledge of SAP PM (S/4 HANA) Module used for Maintenance Notification creation, Closing of notification, PO, PRS, Material issue, Order creation, Notification review activity etc
- Having knowledge of Computer system validation (CSV)
- Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA and C-DAS
- Project completed during FTE role- Electronic Weighing Balance installation and its Qualification, Analytical Weighing Balance installation and its Qualification, C-DAS system installation and its Qualification, Critical Process Parameter (CPP) Project for SCADA installation to monitor critical process parameters and its qualification, AHU Annunciator and Hooter installation during tripping of AHU, DP installation
- Knowledge of pannel wiring, field wiring, PLC module like AI, AO, DI and DO
- JOB Responsibilities in current company: Comply with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements
- Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted
- Conduct all tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs
- Report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedures/instructions to immediate Supervisor/Managers
- Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Supervisors/ Managers
- Responsible for Complete Maintenance & Calibration activities, new Instrument & equipment installation, Validation support, Calibration record & documentation of all plant as per the respective SOPs
- Installation of new instruments & equipment and maintenance of spare parts for the existing instruments & machines perform and support for validation activity for new development activities
- To maximize plant availability by carrying out timely preventive maintenance & Calibration of instruments to minimize downtime
- To guide, support and review operations and performance of bulk drug plant machinery to achieve and improve cost effectiveness
- To ensure 100% compliance of all the regulatory documents required for regulatory agencies all the time
- To perform all operations as per safety procedures, rules and maintain process safety barrier as per their schedule
- To ensure that all transactions with stores, purchase, account, and external agencies shall be through SAP.
