About My Company:

JSUN An AS 9100 Rev D is formed by two individuals, both having a combined experience of about 30 years in technical domain. The upward mobility of our unit is mainly because the company was started by Mr Ajay Kumar & Mr Sanal Panikkal. Ajay is a CAD-CAM engineer with 19 years of work experience in aerospace, oil & gas etc and have in-depth knowledge in 3D Modelling, Turmil, and CNC Programming on 3, 4, 5 &6 axis machining, drafting and assembling etc.

JSUN having 5 Machines Like Doosan Turnmill LYNX 2100 LSYB (Fanuc Control), Doosan 5700 (Fanuc Control) VMC With Nikken Rotary Table, Brother FX600 , LMW JV80 Milling & LMW LL20 L7 Turning.

Having Well Equipped QC Instruments Like VMV , Trimose Etc.

Company is mainly manufacturing of Electronic & semiconductors, Flows&
Regulators, Electro Instruments, Medical Equipments, Oil&Gas Products, Aerospace And Automotive components. Our some of the customers Are Haliburtion, Qioptiq, Leaf, Essaco etc.

Main RESPONSIBILITIES is that our company will not produce customer drawing
To any department(only issue to Engineering Dept.) because of the customer instruction(master copy will not issue to QA Department also) ,must prepare process sheet according to the customer drawing .So in process sheet must prepare all the control dimensions and GD&T for different set ups, according to process sheet will follow all the operations. Also Handling of CNC Programming ,if Any complicated Jobs will come we have a good team to shootout , so we do the technical disquisition and I will prepare CNC PROGRAM(SOLID CAM) & Also I Run CNC Milling Machine (Okuma & Fanuc)Prove out First Job (materials mostly will be( TITANIUM,ALUMINUM,MAGNISUM )
Knowledge in Okuma control , Fanuc control, SINUMERIC control .
Company have the capacity of 60( 4’axis VMC machines) , 80 CNC lathe,10 Auto lathes.

Drafting, Assembling & Preparing of process planning etc. Company is mainly manufacturing of Aero space and defense job such BRISTROL Projects, US Boeing flights service Door Joints, MAGELAN Projects , HAL- Defense Helicopter Tail Boom, Tail Boom assembly, Helicopter Top Leaf joint(PITCH HORN), BHEL Projects,. Etc
