Roles and responsibilities
· As a senior resource & spoke responsible for monitoring health of services in production.
· Performing sanity checks database and unix servers to monitor health of replicator notifier services
· working in sync with operations team to resolve data quality issues with appropriate actions from IT end for serving FO, Risk, Traders, Sales ,risk indictor certification teams.
· Updating KEDB with encountered issues and their workarounds.
· Creating ,updating SOP,POC for procedural tasks ,Manual procedures and production known workarounds.
· conducting weekly governance call with operations team explaining global prod status, discussing ongoing incident & requests
· Having weekly call with dev discussing open problem tickets weekend activity (infra weekend ,DR exercise, other migration activities etc.) open incident (functional ,technical) on IT (prod + dev) side.
· working upon & chasing with different stake holder teams for resolving incidents ,creating JIRA's assigning to Dev for issues to be addressed by them.
· Working as spoke/lead during live production incidents in collaboration with operations team acting as owner, accountable from IT side by engaging various stake holders teams to resolve prod issue ASAP with minimum or zero business, operational ,opportunity loss in terms of end user business.
· Acting as release gate keeper for new enhancement ,bug fixes delivered in production by thoroughly going through release document doing impact analysis identifying changes elements and modules which can directly impact production and challenging dev to put additional checks and corrective measures to minimize major incident due to release or its regression as root cause improvising/optimizing overall KSI of application or project.

Counterparty Credit Risk
Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide end to end support on the Counterparty credit risk applications. Responsible to monitor the daily production batches and fix all the issues encountered by doing detailed technical analysis and code debugging to deliver the CVAR and CVA figures within the SLA.
• Utilized knowledge of SQL and Unix/shell scripting to troubleshoot and fix the batch technical issues, resolving queries from traders, users, stakeholders relating to applications, ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Working on SR tickets and functional incident tickets raised by business and stakeholders and provide the resolution on time.
• Conducting routine system health and infra checks using the tools like (MARPE, MARLYN and SVCMON)
• Analyzing and debugging the daily PnL risk profiles functional issues reported by business, provide the satisfactory explanation and solution on time to save the batch data quality and reduce the business impact.
• Positive involvement and coordination with Development during change releases in production environment, helping them in performing code release deployment on the applications, clearing production environment, performing health check activities post release.
• Identifying the issues in application functionalities and raising it to development team for permanent fix with problem ticket to track the status.
• Suggesting process improvement plan, deeper analysis on batch performance issue and provide continuous feedback to development team to improve the process, logging mechanism and application monitoring and ensure it is implemented and enhanced the efficiency, reduced work done by support team.
• Prepare KEDB for resolving the production issues quickly to avoid unauthorized or dangerous workarounds in support activities. Prepared documents and knowledge articles for support engineers, stakeholders for reference.
• Anticipating productions issues and taking effective prompt action. Communicate workarounds to be followed to team till the production issues gets resolved. Raising issues to development team and follow up with them closely for permanent fixes.
• Conducting weekly incident/problem management calls with development team/stakeholder. Engage with them to track the status of the problem tickets and release to fix outstanding production issues.
• Working on critical incidents, providing end user communication for service delays/disruption with ETAs. Send daily production status communication report to global support team and business and CRM team.
• Doing pre-approved releases, creating templates for outage communications and releases to notify all the users and stakeholders during releases and incidents.
• Handling production governance meeting with business and stakeholders to present weekly production status. Present and discuss on all production issues reported, issue resolution, permanent fixes, Root-cause analysis, operational/business impact.

• as a part of TSM tem member use to manage technical & infrastructural services of applications under RRF department
• started working in RRF/TSM/PPS for bacardi application preproduction support
• As a part of preproduction support for bacardi application we use to perform sanity checks ,heath check of GUI interface (To check for status of jobs ,commands launched by Dev team previous night)
• Database Health check ,refreshes from production environment.
• Perform same checks for R&D ,Homologation ,QA environment including Dev Env.
