From 2014 onward we have worked as account executive in branch and handling following areas.

• Accounting of sales and collections along with sale strategy/incremental growth schemes, Bank reconciliation , GST tally, profit & loss, balance sheet, data analyst, outstanding, interest calculations on overdue payments, self-audit of routine transactions, bill passing of service vendors, agent commission calculations, accounting of e-commerce sale, documentation of export bills, Cost analysis of couriers services, credit limit analysis, shifting of customer payment into e-CMS to serve better customer services, Analysis and control keys on overdue payments.

• Worked as audit officer in “Vardhman Textile Limited” in internal audit department, from May’07 to Nov2014.

Job assignment in the present organization:

• Worked in internal audit department from 2007 to 2014 and checked following activities & controls in various departments.
• Reviewing of material procurement system from material indent to material receipt Note & bill passing.
• Stock analysis reviewing of reorder level, minimum level, consumption trend etc.
• Ledger Scrutiny of debtors and creditors account.
• Bank reconciliations, TDS, TCS, GST and ITC as per act.
• Checking of Invoicing as per approved rates with tax template used.

• 3.5 year working with Chartered Firm named as “R. Arora & Associates” Ludhiana from Dec.03 to May ’07 as an Statutory Auditor.

• 1-year working with Charted Firm “Fatehpuria Duggal & Associates” as a Asst. Accountant from Dec.’02 to Dec.’03.
