• Created complete product structures including 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Conducted Pad layout and lifting studies, leading to the creation of fully validated Pad designs.

• Led preparation of DFMEA, tolerance stack-up calculations, GD&T applications, and design validation plans.
