PROJECT - BCM MBD

• Developed Models in Simulink for BCM functionalities like Wiper, rear wiper with autowiper, input analog and digital processing.
• Used various fundamental blocks to design mathematical models and used Data Dictionary to store data.
• Performed all quality gates check on the models- MIL, COVERAGE, JMAAB,SIL.
• Performed static code analysis using Polyspace.
• Converted all our unit models into autosar based SWCs and generated autosar based code using Embedded Coder.
• Involved in understanding and creating autosar architecture for BCM SW.
• Coordinated with supplier and performed RTE generation in house.
• Used EB Tressos to perform system signal mapping, events to task mapping and generate RTE.
• Performed Application Code Integration.
• Performed SW Build using GHS compiler and released the SW with proper release notes to the application development team.
• Performed all necessary testing on integrated SW before release.
• Individually handled all integration process and also performed Integration Testing- Checked CAN, Digital and Analog Inputs, NVM, PWM Inputs and Outputs.
• Developed various scripts to automate the process which reduced the Integration time drastically.
• Design the whole autosar architecture in System Desk(autosar authoring tool). Was responsible to generate SWCs and prepare compositions in the tool to design the SW flow.
• Developed ECU Extract in System Desk for all SW release.
• Good Hands On knowledge in using Oscilloscope and multimeter for setting up bench testing.
• Provided requirements to supplier and coordinated with them to finish our software.
• Prepared CAN dbc to be used at HILs for simulated signals.

PROJECT - EDGE ANALYTICS

• Developed Models for driving behaviour use cases to be used in edge device.
• Developed Models for Harsh Acceleration, Harsh Braking, Frequent Acceleration, Hard turn- accelerometer based use cases.
• Performed MIL, COVERAGE, JMAAB and SIL on the models.
• Prepared whole autosar architecture in System Desk.

PROJECT - AUTOMATION

CLIENT - GENERAL MOTORS

• Responsible for automating the provided test cases on OTA by scripting.
• Wrote Scripts for the test cases and provided the same to the validation engineer for testing.
• Performed Requirement Analysis to identify the required setup to test given test cases.
• Developed C# plugins to support in the automation of the scripts.
• Wrote C# code, made changes in the existing code. Performed various checks and merged the code in the main repository after multiple reviews.
• Performed static code analysis using SONAR analysis.

PROJECT - SW BUILD and Integration

CLIENT - GENERAL MOTORS

• Performed SW Build Activities for Body Controller Module.
• Performed Clean Build, Top Build and Dwarf Build Activities in GM.
• Used Gerrit for Code Review.
• Used Jira to track change requests.
• Handled multiple files from application team, Performed RTE generation process. Used Rhapsody and Jenkins for the same.
• Responsible for generating ACAl and Archives and releasing the SW with proper release notes.
• Performed a POC to optimize flash memory. Used various compiler optimisation techniques for the same.
