Project Management:
· Successfully manage to conclude contract orders and projects.
· Support sales during the quote stage and lead project execution until handover to the customer.
· Oversee the delivery and commissioning of equipment, ensuring closure of warranty claims.
· Observe the internal compliance process, reviewing customer purchase orders and offer for gaps or non-compliance.
· Act as the single point of contact for the customer, achieving project goals in terms of cost, time, and quality with support from Managers and the Engineering & Supply team.
· Lead internal handover meetings with Product & Application, Sales, and managers.
· Conduct kick-off meetings with customers and factories to ensure effective project initiation.
· Review order booking in the ERP system.
· Receive acknowledgments from factories and provided order acknowledgments to customers.
· Organize technical documentation from factories as per project schedules and submitted them to customers as per the agreed plan.
· Resolve technical comments, waivers, and deviations during order execution.
· Coordinate between factories and customers on technical clarifications, project specifications and submitting for approval of technical documentation.
· Update concern managers about project status on a monthly basis.
· Highlight issues like payments and project delays to both internal stakeholders and customers.
· Co-ordinate with local suppliers and expedited supply whenever required.
· Handle logistics and order administration and reviewing shipping documents.
· Invoice and submit supporting documents for stage payments.
· Assist the Account Receivables team in following up with customers.
· Collaborate with sales to address any financial issues.
· Coordinate with the Service department for the commissioning of equipment, deputing field service engineers.
· Manage the final documentation submission, guarantees, and order closeouts as per customer requirements.
· Reviewing and submission letter of credit document.
· Reviewing & Submission of shipping documents to customer.
