Analyses business requirements and design proposed solutions by leveraging out of the box functionality and minimizing custom development efforts across various ITOM modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Integrations.

Project 1:

• CMDB : Design and implement Discovery process to automatically identify infrastructure components by reducing manual CMDB updates.
• DISCOVERY: Lead MID server installation and configuration across multi-data centre environments also creation and maintenance of CI Classes, attributes and relationships to align with business services and IT operations. Expertise in discovering AWS cloud resources,Azure cloud resources, Nutanix resources, Kubernetes devices, Elastic Cloud Container service resources.
• INTEGRATIONS: Integrated external asset inventories into CMDB using workflow, rest integration.

Interpret business requirements into technical architecture of the proposed solution taking advantage of out-of-box functionality minimizing required customization.

Responsible for the implementation of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, Normalization, Cloud Management.

Project 1:

• CMDB: Performed the task of using Discovery to load configuration items information into CMDB.
• DISCOVERY: Troubleshoot discovery-related issues to discover the device.
• NORMALIZATION: Install and implement a normalization plug-in to maintain consistency for table fields that refer to a company name.

Project 2:

• CMDB: End to End implementation of CMDB module using Discovery and Integrations of third-party tools.
• DISCOVERY: Expertise in mid-server setup and connectivity check and troubleshooting the discovery tool. Using Discovery tool load configuration information into CMDB.
• EVENT MANAGEMENT: Configured Event Management by configuring Connector Instances and Connector Definitions. Configured Event Mapping Rules, Event Transform Rules, Alert Rules, Incident Templates.
• SERVICE MAPPING: Worked on implementation and validation of Service Maps for key applications. Maintain the integrity of the Service Mapping tool across development, non-production and production environments.
• CLOUD MANAGAMENT: Worked on Cloud Provisioning and Governance to perform Cloud Discovery and create a catalogue to provision and de-provision of the VMs. Also, generate dashboards and reports for better visibility.

• Incident management and handling operations performed on Information technology Service Management (ITSM) platforms (ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Handling, creating, and solving bugs with the engineering team, management of bridge calls with support/engineering teams, provide solutions for high priority issues within given SLAs.
• Knowledgeable, working, and have provided support for various Microsoft corporate tools used in the corporate sector. Responsible for configuration and testing as well for the same tools.

• Work on Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes, manage and hands-on experience of cloud-like Azure, AWS, Alibaba, Qing, JD, U, Kingsoft, etc. Also deployed and manage own private cloud (Openstack) and its services.
• Administrating and Troubleshooting Servers (Windows, UNIX/LINUX, Webserver, Domain server, DNS Server, Team foundation server (TFS)), network-related issues, firewall (Cyberoam).
• Accountable for maintaining different virtualization tools (Hyper-V, VW-Ware, Oracle Virtual Box).
