  • SERVICE MAPPING: Worked on implementation and validation of Service Maps for key applications. Maintain the integrity of the Service Mapping tool across development, non-production and production environments.
  • CLOUD MANAGAMENT: Worked on Cloud Provisioning and Governance to perform Cloud Discovery and create a catalogue to provision and de-provision of the VMs. Also, generate dashboards and reports for better visibility.
