• Job responsibility:
  
  Ensuring that Preventive maintenance schedule are completed for Electrical power distribution. Diesel Generators, UPS, HVAC System, Fire Alarm System.
  
  Handling ( 07 nos X 2000kVA Transformers ), (3 nos X 2000 kVA DGS & I nos X 2500 kVA DGs). (4 nos. X 200 kVA UPS & 4 nos. X 500 kVA UPS). (6 nos. X CDUs). (8 nos. X 20 TR & 07 nos PACs X 30 TR) (SAHU) (Chiller 500 TR X 3 nos & 250 TR X 2 nos) & (6 nos X 40TR XDC) etc for CDC daily operation.
  
  22 KV HT Panel, MV panel & LT Panel.
  
  HVAC System Operating on PC. PAC. PEX & XDC System Operating
  
  CCTV Monitoring (DVR) & EBI R310.1 & EBI R 410 Access Control System Operating Fire Alarm System (XLS 1000 Fire panel). PA System, WLD System Operating VESDA System. Sapphire Gas System (Novec 1230) & FM 200 System Handling.
  
  * Preparation of Monthly Maintenance report
  
  Co-ordination with vender authorities in consultation with Client for conducting Monthly. Quarterly & Yearly PPM & major break downs.
  
  Monitoring UPS rooms, Data Center Server rooms, Hub rooms temperature and their security systems. • Ensuring that Fire Fighting System & Public Address System are Tested on weekly Basis.
  
  Daily reporting to Facility Manager and Administrators.

● Monitoring & Maintaining DATA center.

● Energy conservation, implementation of best practices & monitors day to day power consumption.

● Prepare and execute 52 weekly planned preventive maintenance schedule like transformer, HVAC, UPS, SMPS, DG sets, BMS system, Fire system, Electrical panels.

● Preparing MEP checklists, electrical equipment history cards, AMC track records, Monthly and quarterly services of critical and non-critical equipment's.

● Preparing monthly power consumption, diesel consumption reports.

● Operation and maintenance of DG sets, HT & LT panels, SMPS, UPS.

● Operation of firefighting panel, FM200

● Maintaining & Sharing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports

● Monitoring & Operation of BMS System.

● Preparing monthly shift schedule and attendance.

● Prepare required day today data and send to MIS.

• Studied manufacturing processes to improve overall knowledge.
• Assessed [Type] products and identified issues and potential delays.
• Worked closely with engineers and assisted with testing of [Type] products.
• Prepared bid proposals for presentation to potential clients under supervision of senior engineer.
• Maintained positive work atmosphere by building relationships with co-workers, customers, clients and management.
• Participated in site visits, helping to survey ongoing and planned installations and retrofits.
• Reviewed proposed engineering designs for manufacturing feasibility.
• Interfaced with project management team to prepare engineering submittals and work plans.
