- Material issue, GRIR rejection, Line rejection, filing ETC.)
- Handle all stores team members
- Taking continue feedback from all Buyers & QA for GRIR clearance & Preparation
- Counting of Receipt & all GRN`s are prepared within 1 working day (Pending Challan to be cleared with Buyers)
- Shifting of OK GRN`S material to location within one working day
- No Discrepancy between Gate Register & stores register w.r.t
- GRN material
- Inventory is stored as per project (WBS ELEMENT), issued in one lot as per production
- Order & CSS requirement
- Posting/Filing of Documents in Stipulated time frame (like GRIR/MR/MRN/LRN/JCM etc.)
- Ensure 2 Bin part quantity are maintained cards of triggers are given on time to avoid delays
- Sub-contracting activity on time
- Transfer posting of material as per Buyers mail
- Ordering of Consumables 2 bin items
- Perpetual Inventory as per Plan (monthly Basis)
- Handover Documents like Excise Invoice/Original invoices/4(5) a challan to Excise & Finance Dept
- (Daily basis)
- All critical parts from stock/receipt preserved with Anti-rust duly wrapped after very four month duration
- Make a list of critical Items (Import) for Preservation
- Sending Back GRIR/LINE REJECTION material back to party within 15 days & disposal of scrap material
- Before closing the project check the project stock & take the action (Load on project or free the stock
- Update the list of shelf life items with expired date & take the necessary action on expired items
