· Manage and mentor the people development pillar (global) (all plants for Armacell).
· Ensure all the guidelines are followed in WAM PD related pillar.
· Responsible for training, guiding and coaching other plant members on PD topics.
· Ensuring next steps for People Development are available for the other plants.
· Ensure audit of all the plants on regular basis.
B. WAM (Worldclass Armacell Mindset) – Pune PD Site Leader Role
· Currently working as WAM PD site leader (since March 2017).
· Member of WAM Safety, FI and AM pillar.
· Presented in WAM bi-annual audits with the goal of becoming a World Class plant (currently achieved Silver (Level 5) with 3 points in PD).
· Responsible for ensuring implementation of all PD tools (HERCA, Radarcharts, Skill Matrix, Job matrix,OJT, AFR and TTT)
· Responsible for visual management of People development in the plant to include skills/knowledge radar charts.
· Responsible for complete cycle of skill development of Operation Specialist.
· Responsible for ensuring proper coordination between all WAM pillars.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining the competence level of employees and allocation of resources for projects.
Major Job responsibilities during the tenure: Executive – Plant HR (March 2016 till Feb 2019)
A. All the activities mentioned in Part B of Corporate PD coordinator.
B. HR Processes:
· Recruitment of Blue Collars, Trainees & Middle level Staff.
· Joining & Induction process of new joinees.
· Implementation of Employee Engagement Initiatives.
· Training & Development - Coordination for Training & Record keeping.
· Initiate exit formalities in case of separations; prepare Full & Final settlement of all categories.
C. Statutory and Legal Compliances:
· Reviewing of all Statutory Deductions i.e. PF, PT, MLWF & timely deposit the same to the appropriate authorities.
· Submission of statutory return under various labour laws and rules applicable.
· Liasoning with Government officials visiting the plant. Prepare & submit reports as per their requirement. Prepare for HR Audits & submit required details to auditors.
· Documentation and preparation for Statutory and ISO Audit.
D. Time Management:
· Handling complete time office activities in SAP-HR module.
· Maintaining MIS related to daily absenteeism and consistency.
E. Payroll Management:
· Processing Salary of All Employees (Staff, Operators, Trainees and Third party).
· Sending Monthly reports to Finance.
· Routine Tax planning Co-ordination for the Employees.
· Taking care of relieving and full & final settlements.
F. Grievances Handling (IR) :
· Handling Employee (including Temps) grievances in the factory.
· Coordinating with Union and employee for any issues.
· Supporting Employees for submission of Mediclaim Claims. Preparing input data for renewal of Mediclaim & Accident Insurance.
