Project - DDA Housing Project

•Review of detailed shop drawings for precast concrete elements and ensures its compliance with designs, contract requirement

•Monitor and review tests and results of all materials to be used in production and ensures its compliance with contract requirement

•Ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good practice and only approved materials are used.

•Review all Contractor submittals related to precast concrete production: Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with Project objective

•Review Contractor production schedule in compliance with the overall construction program.

•Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to site, and ensure that all concrete tests are Carried out.
