• Guided Workflow for Rule writing process, Recognized the need for a decision tree to ensure alignment more closely with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to eliminate redundant processes and enhance efficiency. Worked with the Tech team & Product team to introduce a separate workflow for Rule writing process for handling as a step-by-step questionnaire that serves as a decision tree facilitating investigators through step-by-step investigation processes and final decision-making. Trained and mentored the new hires under rule writing process.
• False Positive Analysis (FPA), Identified delays in review, averaging at 12 days, resulted in pending backlog of 22K ASIN (products). Worked with multiple stakeholders to unify the FP reinstatement process across functions, to streamline decision-making and to reduce the False positives. Achieved a reduction in FP’s to 58% and average time for review from 12 days to 5 days.
• Internal Quality Check (IQC), Analyzed the errors of the previous 6 months and identified majority of the cause to be oversight (~65%). Worked with Tech team to enable auto auditing macro, which was built to perform the quality check.
• Escalation Management, Worked with operations team, stakeholders and legal partners to manage the escalations and providing solutions to ensure the customers are not affected and also the regulations are followed.
• Australia and Singapore Marketplace Launch (AU & SG MP), In 2017, Amazon launched in Australia and in 2019, Amazon was launched in Singapore. Created around 330 rules for AU and 400 rules for SG marketplaces with zero escalation during the launch.
• Flecha, Flecha is hierarchical structure in rule writing, where we create multiple sub classes to eliminate the complaint and non-compliant products. Overall, we had converted 6% of rules from worldwide.
• Compliance Initiatives from Stakeholders, Compliance initiatives were created to identify the non-compliant products in the catalog based on the regulation of the respective marketplace. Worked around 23 CI’s under multiple marketplaces.
