Project Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site in line with PWD specifications and drawings.
• Ensure proper execution of earthworks, concrete, masonry, road, drainage, and structural works.
• Supervise subcontractors, workers, and equipment usage for effective site progress.
• Managed on-site resources effectively, including personnel allocation, equipment utilization, and material storage to ensure smooth project progression with minimal downtime.

• Started out as junior site engineering responsible for document and assisting senior engineers in government hostel building construction work.
