Customer Service Engineer perform field calls about technical issues with products supplied , troubleshoot and diagnose problems via phone, research resolutions, apply methods, and run tests to ensure that specific issues have been resolved.

  • Responsibility :-

Monitor and optimize system performance. Create and maintain user roles and authorizations. Develop and maintain system documentation. Assist in the development of functional and technical specifications.
