NSX-T upgrade:

• Upgraded all ESXI host (500+) NSX-T clients and manager version without single downtime.

Scrapping of VMAX10k_179 storage (300 TB) to accommodate new flash storage:

• 300 TB of space allocated across VMware (Data and Boot LUNs) and physical servers (Windows / Linux).
• Migrated all the data along with boot LUNs for physical servers to another storage.
• Overcoming all the challenges such as ESXi upgrade, SAN zoning, creating flash copies of boot LUNs as per hardware family
• Migrating VMs without causing a single downtime
• Timeline given 1 year
• Completed in 6 months

Upgrading all ESXi hosts to ESXi 6.5 and 6.7 and remove ESXi 5.5 from environment:

• Migrated all ESXi to higher version depending on hardware compatibility.
• This includes lot of activities such as installing ESXis, migrating hosts from DV switch to standard switch without any downtime.
• Scrapped all old not supported hardware and vCenter5.5.
• Timeline given 1 Year-Completed in 6 months.

Dell Open Manage Enterprise:

• Implemented DELL OME single handedly and Dell support assist enterprise.
• Now all the DELL hardware is managed through DELL OME and auto case logging through SAE.
• Manual man efforts to upgrade DELL products is completely over.
• Timeline given 3 months-Completed in 1 month.
