• Built from scratch using Laravel Framework, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and ReactJS.
• Developed admin panel modules (Roles & Permissions, Incoming Call, Call Broadcast) to optimize user experience.
• Implemented call routing logics (sequence, round-robin, random, etc.).
• Addressed CDR module performance issues with MongoDB integration and query optimization.
• Real-time display of active calls using NodeJS and Socket.io.
• Integrated payment gateways (Razorpay, PayTM, Instamojo).
• Created URL shortening and SMS/Email Notifications modules for bulk and customizable notifications.

Servetel V2 (Aug 2017 – Jul 2018)-
Servetel V2 expanded on Servetel V1, introducing a billing module for automated call billing. This allowed seamless, autonomous billing for every call, enabling clients to track spending in the Call Detail Records.

Servetel V1 (JAN 2017 – Jul 2017)-
Servetel V1, derived from FusionPbx, offered clients a user-friendly interface to manage TFN/VMN, IVR, Agents, Departments, and Voicemail. Utilized core PHP and PostgreSQL for backend development and employed Javascript with Bootstrap for the frontend, allowing clients to access and review each Call Detail Records and call recordings seamlessly.
