· Orchestrated the complete Recruitment Life Cycle to source top talent from diverse channels and implemented various recruitment strategies and plans.
Talent Acquisition
· Partner with the management to anticipate and address future talent needs
· Drive a holistic recruiting process from sourcing to candidate experience
· Develop strategies to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high quality candidates for all positions
· Build talent pools for critical roles ensuring the right talent and the right time at the right place at the right cost
· Manage all aspects of the recruiting process: Guide/ develop job descriptions, post job

Employee Engagement
· Inspire, motivate and manage high performing artistic team

· Suspecting & prospecting of suitable candidates via various Job-Sites
· Generate candidate leads utilizing a variety of passive resources including internal database, referrals, and ad responses.
· Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the Job Description in order to know their willingness.
· Negotiating with candidates on Position, Job Responsibilities and Compensation Packages.
· Conducting preliminary & final interviews with Candidates to ascertain their Competencies, Skills and aspirations (based on work, Position, Salary, and relocation etc.
