HR Manager
- Manage HR departments (payroll, benefits & recruiting) for 200+ employee company
- Facilitating the selection process in hiring new employees including job posting, telephone and face to face interviews
- Effectively coordinated between senior management and employees to maintain and improve company-employee relations
- Creating a strong team presence, with consistent achievement in motivating and engaging employees building top performing teams in the organization improving employee retention and working relationships in all departments
- Approve leaves of absence, tuition reimbursement and workers' compensation requests
- Regularly update employee handbook with changes to background check requirements, onboarding and benefit packages
- Conduct monthly training meetings on updated safety, training and privacy policies
- Managing 52 branches with all payroll, benefits & recruiting across country in different states
- Ensuring that all the exit formalities are performed properly and updating the MIS with details
- Ensuring the HR data is stored securely and confidently is maintained.
