Exim Operation (Import):

1)The job includes daily monitoring (DSR), checking documents and co-ordination, follow up with
Purchase dept. supplier, CHA, Transporter, accounts, finance, Store & warehouse etc.
2)To negotiate with S/L and supplier for detention free days in case containerized cargo.
3)To coverage insurance for cargos wherein incoterms as C&F, FOB or Ex-works basis. In case of
damaged cargo, survey will be organized with coordination between underwriter CHA at port before lifting
the goods.

Exim Operation (Export):

1) Prepare all the shipping documents such as shipping bill, mate receipt, bill of lading with the respective
agencies and obtain the customs clearance.
2) All types of Licensing and Documentation.
3) Keeping track of statutory compliance and all type of shipments.
4) Alliance with Marketing team, Customer, CHA, Forwarder, Transporter.

Logistics Operation:

1) As a part of logistics operation, finalization of CHA contract yearly basis and case-to-case basis for
import as well as export cargo.
2) To negotiate and finalize transportation contract with different transporter yearly and case to case basis.
3) Strictly adhere commitment delivery schedule with minimum turnaround time, which would reflect in
PPC operation.
4) To arrange transporter or CHA for lifting goods from the port within specific time- period to avoid
detention/demurrage charges.
5) Cover transit insurance for imported goods and arrange survey in coordination with our insurance dept. in
case goods damaged in transit.

Import Accounting:

1) Check and pass Service Provider bills of imported Landed Cost for each consignment.
2) Execution of JIT (Just in Time) landed cost for each consignment of all imported goods to enable to
prepare GRIN at store that facilitates our accounts and controlling dept. to determine the material cost.
3) Working in the LN UI for imported consignments.
