Responsibility of training farmers across Doiwala block.

*Train farmers to grow crops without the use of synthetic chemicals , genetically modified organisms or other artificial methods by the use of ORGANIC FARMING.

*Take farmers to Conventions and Farming Exposures.

*Major tasks included visiting fields to estimate approximate time of harvesting the crops.

*Working knowledge of planting calender to ensure a spring summer and fall harvest, knowledge of high desert ecosystems and short growing seasons, knowledge of passive solar greenhouse technology and design.

*Knowledge of landscape restoration and revegetation on arid mountain ecosystems.

*Update with current irrigation and farming techniques.

*Reviewing and monitoring agriculture process like

Pest Management and Soil Preparation.

*Led management meeting about priorities, field work plan, upcoming events, weekly team assignments, feedback and reviews.
