Coordinate learning centres, build mentor capacity, and support diverse projects through cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of in-house and vendor-led initiatives.

3. Professional Development & Knowledge Sharing
Engage in continuous learning, share best practices, and mentor educators to enhance content quality and teaching methodologies across Mathematics, Sciences, and soft skills domains.

1. Teaching & Academic Leadership
Deliver Science lessons for classes VI-X (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) as per NCERT/CBSE curriculum and serve as Academic In-charge for grades 6-8, overseeing curriculum implementation and student performance monitoring.

2. Assessment & Student Development
Conduct assessments, maintain student records, monitor academic progress for middle school students, and implement remedial measures for learning improvement.

3. Co-curricular Coordination & Professional Development
Coordinate co-curricular activities for middle and senior wing (grades 6-12), manage laboratory safety, participate in school events, and engage in continuous professional development.
