Projects: Shop with Points Payment Product

• Currently leading a 2-pizza technical team, within Amazon, building a large scale payment method (Shop with Points) with zero cost of payment across EU and JP regions in partnership with leading Banks and companies that offer loyalty points programs.
• Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, technical direction on building highly customer focused and large scale software components, overseeing agile software development process, working with various stakeholders (PM, TPM, UX, Business/Operations Leads) on requirement/design/integration of software components, addressing customer issues/escalations and last but not the least, providing production support to existing systems.
• Actively involved and lead product, technical architecture, strategic and executive leadership planning decisions, including customer and partner engagements that help in product adoption and help build long term strategy for the service.
• Expertise and strength in hiring, leading and growing talent within teams, and help build vision that facilitates organizational growth. Strong experience improving existing software as well as building new ones.

Projects: Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Payment Products

• Reviewed requirements, specifications and technical design documents.
• Contributed in the HLD and LLD Designs of the services/products.
• Created Automation Test Strategy Documents.
• Created reusable, extensible test frameworks for RPC and RESTful backend services.
• Worked on cloud formation templates to deploy tests in compute engines like AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate.
• Worked on various AWS services and technologies like AWS CDK, AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, DynamoDB, AWS S3, VPC, etc.
• Enabled CI/CD by adding approval workflows in the deployment pipelines.
• Created mock services to remove the dependency of the tests on the external clients/partners.
• Created reusable UI Test Automation framework using Selenium to execute end to end, concurrency and data integrity tests.
• Worked as a force multiplier to enable developers write and contribute to existing test suites.

• Worked on Web Application framework development using Selenium to automate several Web Applications.
• Contributed in creating and helped QA teams, on-board to XML based test framework which generated XML requests and responses.

• Worked on Image Recognition framework development using Sikuli to automate various desktop applications.
• Worked on framework development for terminal emulators like SecureCRT and Putty.
• Document all framework development designs and solutions in technical manuals.
