• Project Execution & Supervision: Successfully managed the end-to-end construction of 2BHK/3BHK residential units, large-scale commercial showrooms and specialized Pesticide Testing Laboratories.

Structural Grid Management: Expert in executing precise column-beam grid layouts for large floor plates, ensuring structural integrity and maximum usable carpet area.

Specialized Industrial Finishes: Supervised high-end technical installations, including Epoxy Flooring, chemical-resistant surfaces, and specialized HVAC/Fume Hood systems for laboratory environments.

Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Prepared and verified accurate BBS for residential slabs, heavy commercial columns, and specialized lab foundations to optimize steel consumption and reduce wastage.

Government Documentation (Punjab Mandi Board): Proficient in maintaining official project records, including M-Book (Measurement Book) entries, Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and material testing reports for government audits.

Commercial Frontage & Finishing: Managed the installation of wide-span Rolling Shutters, toughened glass frontages, and ACP facade work for premium market shops and showrooms.

MEP Coordination: Coordinated complex utility layouts, including concealed electrical conduits, fire-fighting sprinklers, and specialized gas/drainage pipelines for lab and commercial zones.

Billing & Measurement: Performed physical site measurements for Contractor Billing and conducted material reconciliation to keep projects within budget.

• Experience in executing rural infrastructure projects under the Punjab Mandi Board (PMB), focusing on the construction, strengthening, and widening of rural link roads to enhance agricultural logistics and rural connectivity.
