Responsible for coordinating end-to-end service operations for commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment. Managing customer complaints, service calls, engineer deployment, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, AMC/CAMC activities, spare-parts coordination, quotations, and service documentation. Coordinating with customers, service engineers, vendors/OEMs, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues. Maintaining service trackers, monitoring pending jobs, following up on quotations, POs, payments, calibration, warranty claims, and ensuring timely closure of service requests while maintaining customer satisfaction.
