System Quality

• Plan and coordinate implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the factory with process sponsors, teams, manufacturing groups in order to achieve recertification and minimum maturity targets
• Tracking of the action plans completion for the deployment of Quality initiatives across the factory
• Monitor QMS related Quality KPIs
• Act as interface to Global QMS Leader and factory management for the progressive development and implementation of standard processes
• Facilitate the management review cycle
• Facilitate the creation, planning, implementation and reporting of factory Quality audits (system, product/process, layered, QMS assessment)
• Coordinates execution of corrective actions in case of deviations and non-compliance identified in external and internal audits, monitors and reports on progress
• Support Quality Manager and Quality function in the implementation of processes related to Quality in the factory and support development and improvement of business processes within the factory and all network
• Prepare Management review presentation and plan meetings at regular intervals
• Ensuring ROHS, ELV compliance by coordinating with supplier and coordinate with CFT to maintain sustainability.

Process Quality

• Ensure Daily inspection of part on regular frequency like FOP, Hourly & LOP
• Conduct daily Red bin analysis & Accountable for the rejection
• Ensure the adherence of testing of product as per plan
• Managed product quality to compliance with quality policies
• Updating of daily MIS on portal
• Ensure Enough man power availability to all quality related operation
• Conduct Daily Morning Meeting for the issues or any implementation
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis if any Concern

• Contributed to the development and implementation of quality systems
• Played a key role in development system, ensuring compliance with quality policies.

• Implemented quality assurance processes in the manufacturing of ring gear & flex plate assemblies.
