This study explored the impact of using three or more fruits in wine fermentation. The fermentation process lasted 21 to 25 days, with daily stirring for better results. Controlled conditions and limited oxygen exposure prevented the formation of vinegar, while the wine's taste gradually improved over time.

• Manufacturing of 2G Ethanol from Bamboo

        Learning to manufacture the 2G ethanol from bamboo, the project is in collaboration with techpert process industries, pune.
