1. PFS ( Portfolio Swaps )

• A new System was designed to receive portfolio swaps from partners
• Processes were developed to affirm and net the received cash flows .
• API's were developed to view and modify these payments.
• Existing payment release process were modified to incorporate the newly added PFS product.

Client: ICICI Securities

1. Employee Stock Ownership Plan ( ESOP)

• A new product was developed where customer can avail loans for exercising their ESOP provided by their employers .
• API's were developed to create new loans in the system .
• Provision to repay as well as Selling existing pledged shares to repay the loan . Process to calculate interest amount and also to alert margin shortfall for customers was also developed.

2. Digital wallet for seamless transfer of funds from bank to Trading account

• Provision for digital wallet was introduced which helps customer to park his funds for trading and investment opportunities .
• API's was developed to allocate funds from bank to wallet and from wallet to respective products .
• Accounting entry for the moving funds and Pay-in and Pay-out for customers at the end of the trading day was also managed .
