In my role as a Credit Underwriter, I have developed substantial expertise in sanctioning loans for a diverse range of products, including two-wheelers, used two-wheelers, used four-wheelers, three-wheelers, electric three-wheelers, and Manba Easy products. My key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating Customer Creditworthiness: Conducting comprehensive analyses of financial statements, credit history, and detailed CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau India Limited) reports to assess the applicant's creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
• Risk Management: Performing in-depth non-starter studies to identify potential risks and ensure that all loan applications adhere to established compliance and risk management policies.
• Coordination and Communication: Collaborating closely with sales teams and field inspection agencies to gather essential information, validate details, and ensure accurate assessments, thereby streamlining the loan approval process.
• Multitasking: Efficiently handling multiple tasks simultaneously, including processing loan applications, conducting risk assessments, and managing communications, while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Recognition: Awarded as the Best Supporting Star of the Season for outstanding performance, significant contributions to the team, and exceptional multitasking abilities.

In my role as a VKYC Auditor, I was tasked with auditing the performance of VKYC officers responsible for verifying customer KYC (Know Your Customer) details and detecting potential fraud. My key responsibilities included:

• Auditing and Compliance: Reviewing the accuracy of customer verification processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and evaluating the effectiveness of fraud detection measures.
• Reporting: Preparing detailed daily reports on audit findings and compiling comprehensive monthly reports for submission to head office. These reports provided insights into audit results, identified trends, and recommended improvements.
• Risk Management: Identifying and addressing gaps in the KYC process to enhance fraud prevention and maintain the integrity of customer onboarding procedures.
