• 401K (Retirement) - Trained on Early Loan Payments (ELP), Multiple Loan Payments (MLP), Rollover, Pension Election, Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Hardship, In-service & 59 ½ Withdrawals, Death Certificate, and, Beneficiary Account Processing, Disability and QDRO
• Indexing virtual images and accepting or denying documents as per Client Procedures.
• Dealing with Financial Documents – Cheques.
• Meeting SLA with Accuracy.
• Processing request as per participant initiates with client instruction SOP.
• Approving requests and validating received documents.

Responsibility

• Tracking & Analyzing the team accuracy and productivity using MIS DATA.
• Preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as per process
• Reporting day-to-day escalation and root cause analysis to the client.
• Conducting weekly and monthly team hurdles and explaining the performance of the team.
• Maintaining workflow with assigning volume and ensuring same has been completed.
• Mentoring new hires about processes and queues.
• Maintaining new hires' records and submitting them to R&D Team.

Compliances Testing

• As per IRS guidelines, contribution and compensation limits will be tested for ADP, ACP, 402g, and 415.
• Checking Plan level eligibility based on the plan document.

Calculations

• Calculating Retirement Benefits for Profit Sharing, Match contributions and Forfeiture Contributions to be made by theemployer.
